AMATA Modern Thai was born from the remarkable journey of Chef Pinyo. His story began in the bustling street stalls of Bangkok, where he learned the essence of Thai cooking. Bold flavors, balance, and heart. From those humble beginnings, his passion and relentless drive carried him into the kitchens of Bangkok’s most prestigious five-star hotels, where he mastered the precision and discipline of professional cooking.
His culinary path soon took him across the globe to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, and San Francisco as part of the opening teams for some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants. Eventually, his talent brought him to Las Vegas, where he rose to become Executive Chef at the internationally renowned Hakkasan Restaurant.
From nothing, he built himself into one of the most respected Thai chefs in the industry. Every dish at AMATA Modern Thai reflects that journey; 20 years of stories, experiences, and passion brought together to celebrate the beauty of Thai cuisine.
